About Greg Raymond

My passion for customers and drive to succeed propelled me to attain a position as a District Manager with an automotive parts retailer. Whether it’s delivering a part on my day off, or attending after work functions with my customers, I have embraced the customer service atmosphere my whole career. As a District Manager with Advance Auto Parts, one of my responsibilities was to cultivate and develop relationships with the commercial customers in my market. This was accomplished by making regular visits to their shops and getting to know my customers on a personal basis. Talking to them about their pursuits outside of work builds rapport and allows that relationship to grow. Truly taking an interest in them and making their business succeed lets me leverage those relationships to increase sales in my stores. Training and development of the team is always of utmost importance in my mind. At Advance Auto Parts, I assisted a General Manager in my district to achieve his goal of become a District Manager himself. There also had been multiple Assistant Managers that I had the privilege of helping grow to Store Managers. There is nothing more satisfying to me than to know that I was in integral part of someone’s development.
