An experienced Technology Team Leader / Operations Manager, over the last +20 years I have focused on leading technical teams working across diverse industry areas including, consulting, product development, data science, operations and then progressing to CEO. I have held senior management and lead roles across Europe, Asia, America’s, and the Pacific where I experienced and worked with a range of cultural and neurological teams. My passion is working with people to solve problems in a creative manner, applying appropriate technology and incorporating the human element to build useful systems. I enjoy working with people to build capability and a sense of shared success. Ultimately, my team has decided my worth and, in the past, have awarded me 4 outstanding achievement and inspirational leadership awards. With Schneider Electric, I was fast tracked onto the leadership programs both in Australia and with global corporate.
