I’m like the MacGyver of continuous improvement (minus the mullet). My “swiss army knife” of skills is lateral thinking, analytics, facilitation, project management, and explaining complex concepts in simple terms. Driven by a mission to help great people do great things, I constantly seek ways to work smarter and unlock an organization's potential. I’ve worked for a startup, two consulting firms, a nonprofit, a college, two professors, a federal agency, a movie theater, and three cities. I was selected for a competitive national fellowship program, inducted into three honors societies, and won three awards for leadership and two for going above and beyond the call of duty. I’m most proud of helping employees find over $9M in savings for Denver taxpayers, designing a 10-year capital budget for an electric utility, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars for low-income residents in Chicago, and creating a philanthropic event in college that lasts to this day.
