Experienced Chef and Manager with over 15 years experience in both front and back of house management in full service dining and bar operations. I specialize in cost management and efficient operations through accurate forecasting and budgeting of all aspects of operations. I also have good experience in Sales Management with RATIONAL Cooking Systems, managing a sales territory and providing dealer and customer support in the area of cutting edge cooking technology. I am interested in finding a position that will allow me to put over nineteen years of foodservice experience to work. The ideal position will allow me to combine the broad range of experience I have acquired during my years of foodservice work, both front and back of the house, with the experience I have gained working as a Regional Sales Manager and Certified Chef for RATIONAL Cooking Systems. I feel that my recent experience in equipment sales and support, coupled with years of experience in both front of house and back of house management give me a unique and valuable ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of potential clients in a variety of settings.
