About Greg Richardson

Greg Richardson is the Strategic Monk. He is not your typical Leadership and Organization Coach. Greg is a recovering lawyer (a criminal prosecutor) and university professor. He has a law degree and a Master’s in public administration, and has worked with groups across the United States. Greg has years of valuable experience starting new organizations, writing bylaws, building boards of directors, recruiting and training staff and volunteers, and turning leadership vision into tangible results. Greg is also a bona fide monastic (as an oblate with the Camaldolese order), and certified in spiritual direction. The master craftsman of unexpected leadership, Greg will help you or your organization move forward with confidence and deeper understanding of the nuances of the human spirit.
