About Greg Riley

I am currently the Associate General Counsel for Aquity Solutions, LLC. I previously worked for Pfizer, Inc. negotiating and executing global clinical study agreements and budgets with institutions and investigators participating in sponsored clinical trials. I managed and oversaw our CRO and FSP partners. I developed and supervised the global site budget process. I previously worked for Miragen Therapeutics, Inc, a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company discovering and developing proprietary RNA-targeted therapies with a specific focus on microRNAs and their role in diseases where there is a high unmet medical need. I worked directly with general counsel to prepare, revise, negotiate and execute a variety of preclinical and clinical agreements including industry and academic collaborations, CTA’s, MTA’s, SRA’s, MSA’s, CDA’s and vendor/consulting contracts. I worked closely with clinical study teams, product development teams, CROs, hospitals, sites, vendors, consultants, legal, finance and compliance groups to manage, negotiate and execute agreements. I am a licensed attorney and have prior CRO work experience at several leading CROs, including PPD, DOCS/ICON and PRA Health Sciences.
