It is in the service of others that I have found my greatest success, my greatest contribution, and my greatest learning. A motor vehicle accident in 2010 tested and reaffirmed my resolve, my willpower, my tenacity, and my passion to create a life that would truly make a difference and an intention that would change the world - pushing me to return stronger and more determined than ever. That lead to the creation of Mirror Group. I founded our company with an intention to not only bring great success and innovative ideas to partners, but to change company cultures and in so doing change our communities. We are quite simply capable of more and we believe that business that is driven by purpose and intention will be the only successful type in the future. The expectations I hold for myself, and the commitment to my personal values, attitude, and purpose, have been the key to building trust and relationship in every area of my career. Consistency of character is critical whether I am delivering on company goals and objectives, assisting in volunteer capacities to affect change, or coaching youth to develop confidence and competence in tomorrow’s leaders. Success is ultimately found in loving what you do, being your word in the world, and knowing that there are no substitutes for character, hard work, positivity, and a touch of humour.
