About Greg Roberts

Throughout my career, I’ve always enjoyed finding opportunities for innovation and solving problems and found my niche in BESS O&M Management. My career began in the U.S. Navy, and with extensive engineering experience, I focused on electronic, electrical, mechanical, control systems, reliability, and nuclear engineering fields. Most recently, I worked as a Reliability/Technical Specialist at PinnacleART, where I developed and applied the Reliability-Centered Maintenance process to client equipment packages across numerous industries as part of the Program Development team. I’m always looking for ways to improve processes and quality, and stress that maintenance is the most reliable and cost-effective measure to a company’s long-term success. In the U.S. Navy, I supervised the electrical division which consisted of 14 nuclear-trained electricians onboard a nuclear submarine. In my career, I’ve held both field and office responsibilities in areas of design, engineering, construction, field testing, troubleshooting, and problem solving of electrical distribution, rotating equipment, and control systems. In all of my jobs, I’ve enjoyed achieving or exceeding the set objectives. I lead and develop my teams to succeed and outperform expectations, and I consistently ensure a high level of performance standards, while simultaneously enhancing operations focused on business solutions and client engagement.
