About Greg Roberts

As a CEO, member of a Board, advisor, I help visionary leaders and quality boards to achieve ambitious business goals and growth aspirations. Shown over an extensive career leading organisations through significant change, diversification and changes in structure, my key contribution has been being able to not only deal with what is front of me, but to carve a path to where, as a business, we really want to be. For me, it’s always been about this process of ‘futurising’. Once the end game is defined, it’s just a case of working backwards to plot each incremental point to success. My background spans private, Private Equity and bank financed organisations. With exposure across all types of ownership environments, I have successfully delivered top and bottom line growth, no matter the business challenge or market context. Furthermore, with valuable experience in corporate finance, investor relations and laser sharp skills in finance/P&L management, I understand how to deliver strong shareholder return. On a more personal note, I believe that empathy-driven leadership is the key to empowering the performance of others. As a people leader with experience in both performance turnarounds and cultural transformations, I dedicate time to building capability at both an individual and team level, and in turn, mobilise mission delivery.
