I am passionate about knowing how things work, and then bringing people together to see the plans and designs come to life. As an experienced engineering project leader with customer focused product and process development experience, I thrive on the development process as it evolves and makes the team grow and connect, while exciting the customer's they serve. My key experiences and skills are managing software and hardware projects, gathering VOC, field issue management, product configuration, engineering and beta test, production and distribution planning, compliance and process improvement teams, team development, and building a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
