With a Marketing degree from Arizona State University (go Devils!) and diverse experience in customer service, leadership, and event coordination, I bring a unique blend of creativity, organization, and people-first management to every role. My journey began by hosting coffee tastings at Starbucks, which sparked my love for curating memorable experiences. That passion led me to The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, where I thrived in planning seamless events and celebrations that delighted guests. Between 2020 and 2025 with Lemonade and Turo, I strengthened my leadership and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments. At Lemonade, I managed a team of 14, launching the company’s largest partnership with Chewy and driving team performance through thoughtful coaching. At Turo, I led a team of 8 Claims Associates, developing performance plans that enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction. My time in the tech startup space sharpened my ability to adapt quickly, solve problems creatively, and lead with confidence. Now, back in events as an Executive Meeting Specialist at The Westin Kierland, I’m energized by the opportunity to create meaningful moments. I thrive on transforming a client’s vision into a seamless and unforgettable occasion, ensuring every detail reflects their goals and exceeds expectations.
