I’ve spent more than 20 years working in water and wastewater, starting in the field as a licensed operator and now leading O&M Solutions, a company focused on getting operations right from the ground up. Throughout my career, I’ve managed treatment plants, led capital improvement projects, and built operations teams that know how to keep systems running safely, efficiently, and in compliance. I’ve worked in both public and private sectors, which means I understand the pressure operators and owners face every day. Budgets are tight. Regulations shift. Equipment fails.
