About Greg Selke

With over 25 years in the Human Resources field, I look forward to working with organizations to help them in their journey to the HR cloud and beyond through extensive thought leadership and SAP SuccessFactors resources. SAP SuccessFactors colleagues bring unmatched technical software product knowledge and general business expertise to our customers every day. My goal is to provide customers innovative and practical insights in the HR domain as they think about how to use technology to achieve HR and business goals. Our team conducts extensive research across "hot topics" from Continuous Performance Management to Diversity to Workforce Generational Changes to Digital Transformation. This allows me the ability to partner with customers to discuss best practices, trends, what works and what doesn't and to help each organization determine their best and unique journey to the cloud strategy. It's a pretty exciting time to be in HR! I am so proud to work for an organization that believes in and does something about diversity and inclusion and also is the far and away leader in pulling diversity into our HR cloud technology product solutions for customers.
