I specialize in orchestrating complex, cross-functional teams to deliver AI products and solutions, ensuring both technical success and strong customer engagement. My strengths in leadership, communication, and content creation have enabled me to be the glue between technical delivery and client success for customer AI products. I've spent the last 5 years focused on Generative AI with the world-class Habana Gaudi AI processor leading a team of 5 direct and 10 indirect reports in Habana and Intel worldwide. We created the full customer enabling content for Gaudi, starting from simple.pdf documents and built a full program including the developer website, tutorials, videos, webinars, and extensive documentation, delivering these solutions to customers. I was responsible for setting the enabling strategy and roadmap and driving direct and indirect stakeholders for execution. I've had extensive hands-on experience with PyTorch and Hugging Face models. I've helped create tutorials using RAG and vLLM and steps for model optimization. I've had the great advantage of working for Habana Labs inside Intel, where we executed FAST like a start-up where I had a direct impact on the product definition and customer engagement. These experiences have allowed me to refine my leadership skills and put me in the position to be a critical connection between the core Habana team and the rest of the Intel infrastructure where I was able to pull in and organize other teams to make Gaudi successful.
