I’m a tradesperson with 12 years of experience in both residential and commercial high-rise construction, carpentry, concrete finishing, and form setting. I have worked on high-rise commercial buildings, parking structures and residential homes. I have been recognized for my consistent punctuality, focus, and determination. In addition to my work as a tradesperson, I have 8 years of experience as a certified health and safety worker representative, which includes monthly site inspections, incident investigations, working alongside the Ministry of Labour when necessary, and dealing with on-the-spot safety issues. My success in this role is exemplified by the reduction of health and safety incidents as well as an increase in the overall safety culture on site. My colleagues know me as a highly punctual and focused worker who is always dedicated to getting the job (no matter how simple or complex) completed in the most efficient and safe way possible. I work efficiently alone and without supervision, but am able to function within a larger team when necessary.
