Greg combines 20+ years of extensive experience and a strong commitment to making lives better by developing and leading highly effective teams that provide talent development solutions through Workforce & Economic Development Initiatives.(Sectors include BioPharma, Energy Utilities, Finance, Health Care, Information Technology, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain) • 20 years’ experience partnering with employers to implement strategies in the talent acquisition and training of new and incumbent workers, initiate and lead C level roundtable events that identify and establish guidelines for the certifications and credentials required to advance in their careers, while providing technical assistance designed to address key workforce challenges employers face while improving the employment outcomes of diverse populations. • 15 years’ experience leading and implementing County, State and Federal grants that promote career pathway achievement through apprenticeships, re-entry programs, and employer sponsored initiatives that result in national certificates, employer-sponsored credentials, college degrees, and career placement. • 10 years’ experience in the management and profit/loss responsibilities of on-site/off campus non-credit courses, conferences, certificate programs, credentials, seminars, special events, and non-credit to credit programs. In leadership positions in both Industry and Higher Education, Greg built employer sponsored, sector specific, workforce solutions that provide career pathways opportunities for current employees, new hire initiatives and New Career Pathway opportunities. These initiative were accomplished through Direct Pay, Employer Foundations, Grant Funded and/or Department of Labor funding opportunities.(Federal and State.
