About Greg Slater

A resident of Arizona since 1983, I worked at KUTP Channel 45 in station promotions and public relations. I’ve performed as a talent in numerous commercials both locally and nationally, including the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Rattlers, FootJoy, Titleist, and Levi’s Dockers. Later I became an Account Executive for Pinacor/Microage where I increased sales from to over monthly, and was a member of the 100% Club each month. In 2001 I became a Mortgage Banker for M&I Bank where I was a consistent member of the prestigious President’s Club each year achieving over 250 Million in sales and promoted to Assistant Vice President. In 2010, my wife Marci Slater and I started Slater & Co. Realty. In 2010 I earned a private pilot’s license and am certified to fly the Piper Warrior and Piper Super Cub airplanes. I am an avid hiker and reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro - the highest peak in Africa, Mount Whitney - the highest peak in the contiguous 48 states and Island Peak - next to Mount Everest in the Himalayan Mountains. Other passions include music and playing the drums (since 10 years old) during which I have had the honor of playing with Grammy and Dove award winning artists like Israel Houghton, Ricardo Sanchez, Robert Sterling and others.
