About Greg Slatter

Dr. Greg Slatter has 30+ years of industry experience in DMPK and clinical pharmacology aspects of drug discovery & development. He is currently SVP, Clinical Pharmacology at Kartos Therapeutics (Apr 2018-present) and Telios Pharma (Dec 2019-present). Prior to joining Kartos, Dr. Slatter was VP, DMPK/Clinical Pharmacology at Acerta Pharma (a member of the AstraZeneca Group, 2014-18); Scientific Director (PKDM) and Medical Sciences Director (Clinical Pharmacology/Early Development) at Amgen (2006-14); Scientific Director (Preclinical Molecular Profiling) at Rosetta Inpharmatics/Merck (2003-06); Scientist II-IV (Drug Metabolism Research) and Associate Director (Life Cycle Management) at Pharmacia/Upjohn (1990-2003). Dr. Slatter postdoc’d at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy after a PhD, MSc and BSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia and a BSc (Honours, Biology) at Lakehead University. Greg has served on the editorial review boards of Xenobiotica (current) and Drug Metabolism & Disposition (past). He was Secretary to the PhRMA DMTG, and a rep to the IQ Consortium DMLG and CPLG while at Amgen. Greg chaired the ISSX Committee on Regulatory Affairs (CORA, 2012-16). He has contributed to 3 drug approvals (Calquence™, Zyvox™ and Camptosar™), published 2 patents, 60+ papers or book chapters and 90 presentations at scientific meetings.
