About Greg Spratley

I am a member of the Homeowner Operational Team with responsibility for our Inside Catastrophe Team and Home Services Team and based in St Louis MO. The Inside Catastrophe Team handles first party catastrophe coded claims country wide. The Home Services Team is comprised of a customer service group and a support group for the entire operation. Obtained a B.S. in Finance and MBA though Southern Illinois University. I began my career as an inside adjuster with Economy Fire & Casualty and have held several field and inside positions over the past 24 years. Experience include leading others, servicing customers, innovation through design and implementation of a 3rd party estimate review team focused on technical accuracy. Had responsibility for third party relationships to include independent adjusting firms and mitigation to include working with procurement to bring a national mitigation vendor on board. Most recently, I have had the opportunity to build an inside operation focused on catastrophe related claims and a customer service team. The endeavor included securing space, hiring, and ramping up the teams. In the current year the team has effectively handled over 10% more claims that the prior year.
