I have extensive expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for employees across all levels of an organization, using various platforms and tools such as learning management systems, Articulate 360, gamification, and learner-focused professional development. As a training manager at Schoox, Inc, I successfully managed multiple training projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational goals. I also created new training materials or adapted existing ones to meet the specific needs of the organization, using instructional design principles and best practices. I am a confident communicator with the ability to convey information to a variety of audiences, from senior executives to frontline staff. I hold a Relias Level Certification and a master's degree in community learning and graphic novels in education.
