About Greg Sutton

I’m a Scientific Project Lead with a proven track record in driving diagnostic product development and managing EQA programmes within complex, regulated environments. I take ownership of designing and executing cross-functional projects that enhance programme design, delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. I work closely with cross-functional teams to drive key projects and improve processes, ensuring that QCMD's EQA schemes meet ISO17034:2023 standards. By collaborating with subject matter experts and external service providers, I contribute to refining product development and ensuring high-quality results. This role allows me to continuously expand my skills in managing complex projects and delivering impactful outcomes for both internal teams and external clients. My experience includes academic, clinical, and industry research in molecular biology, infectious disease, and immune-targeting therapies. I also play a role in representing QCMD externally, helping to build its reputation and visibility within the EQA sector. Currently, I’m focused on further developing my leadership and project management skills and I’m eager to explore opportunities where I can contribute at a more strategic level or take on broader leadership responsibilities within science, health, and diagnostics.
