About Greg T. Pender

Greg has over 30 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry. After serving his country for 7 years in the Navy Seabees (Construction Battalion) and achieving the rank of Petty Officer Second Class, Greg entered the roofing business and worked for 4 years as the sales and operations manager for a regional roofing contractor in San Diego. Greg moved to Phoenix and started his own roofing company which he successfully ran for 4 years. He sold his company to take a job with a national roofing manufacturer as their western regional sales manager for their commercial roofing systems division. Greg joined the Highland Commercial Roofing Team in 2007 to open the Arizona office. In November 2011 Greg successfully opened a new Highland Commercial Roofing location in Las Vegas. Greg has also been involved in numerous large roofing projects in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. As the Vice President of Highland Commercial Roofing Greg is responsible for sales, marketing and production in Arizona, Nevada and Texas. Greg is a member of BOMA Phoenix, NAIOP, The Roof Consultant Institute, WSRCA and NRCA.
