Engagement experience •Greg provided PMO and subject matter guidance in the planning, structuring, and execution of an SAP effort providing Program Governance for Large programs. Working with a global team we were able to design and implementation of PMO processes and tools that aligned delivery milestones, escalation paths, and communication across multiple brands, teams, and geographies. •Greg assisted the client with a 400 million dollar multiyear Transformational project, with development, implementation and deployment across 140 countries, 25 data centers and 14 service desk locations with 67 On-Site Services locations and over end users. Helping the client manage Global communication, Change Management, Data Center, Networking, Software Deployment, Workstation, and Service Desk. Contributions to transformation management team include process definition, documentation standards and the delivery of critical projects on time for the Program Management Office. Assisted in the development of Master Schedule, Implementation dashboards and program tracking. Enhanced the program governance and reporting processes as well as raised the level of pellucidity and proficiency of the program while driving project to complete on time and with the desired functionality. •Served on multiple agile program teams overseeing intent for business development and technology. Greg developed trusted relationships and became the Go To person with key Technology, Application, and Business leaders & stakeholders, by providing transparency and visibility into the program.
