About Greg Tobin

An effective communicator and strategic planner who uses design and creativity to solve problems. With 20 years of experience as an employer and business owner in my own right, my passion and specialty is sharing and applying my skills and knowledge to help clients in the SME space. Through my own agency operation, I have witnessed the real growth of many of my clients from small businesses to highly successful larger enterprises. My continuing drive and motivation comes from the knowledge that my creative and strategic input has played a key role in these successes. I have demonstrated skills in business management and mentoring with a flair for the development of customised systems and workflows to drive efficiency. In 2006, I implemented a program of best practice methodology and Continuous Professional Development that resulted in my company becoming one of the first agencies in Australia to be Accredited by the Advertising Federation of Australia (AFA). I continue to learn and develop these same skills today and have embraced digital management software and collaboration platforms such as Miro, Briefcase and Workamajig. I utilise these tools to develop even deeper levels of engagement between agency and client. I am conversant in all aspects of digital marketing and actively engage with clients at a strategic level in all areas including SEO, SEM, UI and UX. As a senior graphic designer, I still enjoy the 'hands-on' approach and maintain a thorough working knowledge of Adobe CC software (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
