I work at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and people — bringing a blend of advisor, coach, facilitator, and sometimes interim executive. For some clients, this means guiding a complex business through a leadership succession, stepping in as an interim CEO/COO to stabilize operations, or supporting boards and executive teams through moments of strategic reset. For others, it’s about unlocking new thinking through experiential coaching/advising and helping leaders grow in how they show up. What I bring is a calm, thoughtful presence combined with a real-world Board leadership background and executive experience in global operations, product management, governance, supply chain, and building high-performing teams.
