I am a project management and business analysis professional offering over 25 years of experience leading and facilitating complex business, technology, and process automation projects in high-profile environments. My career is exemplified by over 20 years of experience working for the United States Army where I performed as the project lead, analyst, and software configuration manager on multiple mission-critical projects. My program/project management career included working for the Defense Logistics Agency and later at Leidos where I worked extensively with government leaders and business operations in a range of business process analysis and project management capacities. The key to my success is my unique blend of business and technical acumen. I am known as the “data and systems guy” who can build and automate systems and processes by building consensus among cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and budget. I have managed multiyear programs with multimillion-dollar budgets. The complexity of my projects managed to date have required me to deliver briefs to four-star military officers and executive-level stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
