About Greg Vanevenhoven

I serve as the Vendor Management supervisor for the Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Enterprise Technology. As the Vendor Management supervisor, I lead a team of professionals, who together manage, from a contractual and performance management perspective, the over 100 vendors the division has active relationships with. Before taking this current position, I served as the Audit and Compliance Administrator, where I managed, reviewed, and negotiated licensing agreements for software, hardware, and application purchases. I also provided technical expertise when it came to enforcing contracts, Memorandums of Understanding, Non-Disclosure agreements, Business Associate Agreements, and Interagency Agreements. Before beginning my work at the State of Wisconsin, I concentrated my legal practice on a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters. My litigation experiences included drafting discovery requests, representing clients at contested hearings, and leading settlement negotiations. I also collaborated with business owners to limit their liability exposure through focused contractual language in Buy-Sell Agreements, Purchase Agreements, and Service Contracts and regularly oversaw real estate transactions, probate administrations, and a wide variety of municipal legal issues.
