Professionally, I’ve spent over two decades navigating the telecommunications industry, but at my core, I’m a builder: of teams, of networks, and of trust. I started my career deep in the weeds as an engineer, designing and operating large-scale, resilient IP networks that connect people and businesses. Now, as a leader, I take pride in helping others grow, clearing roadblocks, and watching teams thrive. I bring the same mindset to my work that I bring to the trail—focus, resilience, and a readiness to face whatever terrain comes next. Whether it’s solving a thorny technical problem, optimizing a process, or finding balance between people and performance, I believe the journey matters just as much as the result.
