Throughout a 20+ years Human Resource career I have been both the sole practitioner and leading a small professional HR team. I have experience and knowledge in many industries including government, manufacturing, resource and mining, oil and gas, road and rail transport, facility management and infrastructure. I am able to demonstrate a track record of a 'hands on' approach to both operational and strategic HR activities including a strategic planning, leading change initiatives and cultural transformation and delivering employee engagement, leadership development, workforce transition and workforce analytics. My desire has always been for the human resources function to be a trusted advisor within the business and adding value to short and long term business objectives ensuring individuals are able to connect with the organisation and realise their potential.
