As a Knowledge Manager at JANUS Research Group, I apply my expertise in continuous process improvement, communication, and employee training to support the DoD clients in achieving their organizational goals. I leverage my web development skill to create and maintain user-friendly and accessible knowledge repositories and platforms, enhancing information sharing and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Before joining JANUS, I served in the United States Air Force for six years, where I championed change management processes for more than employees in various domains, such as strategic policy, training, information technology, and procurement. I utilized lean principles and tools to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and manpower, resulting in significant cost savings and improved performance. I also hold a Secret Clearance and multiple certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) and Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM).I am currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Texas State University, where I aim to deepen my knowledge and skills in public policy, administration, and leadership. I have a passion for learning and innovation, and I seek to apply my education and experience to deliver value and impact to the DoD and the public sector.
