As Executive Vice President & Group Leader, oversee the entire Commercial Real Estate P&L and production for 11 production offices in 8 states. These exceptional teams closed over $4.7 Billion in new CRE loan commitments in 2022, a new record. Established the Chicago Commercial Real Estate office for Associated Bank in 2002, which is now a $3.5 billion portfolio, as well as the St. Louis Commercial Real Estate Loan Production Office in 2004. Established the Institutional and REIT groups in 2014. These two commercial real estate lending platforms are based in Chicago and were created to strategically build out our commercial real estate capabilities in the fund, corporate real estate and public REIT markets. The Institutional group provides banking and lending solutions specifically for real estate investment funds, real estate operating companies and corporate real estate services companies. The REIT group, which is now a well diversified $2 billion portfolio, encompasses approximately 55 public REIT clients. Excels at developing long term client and industry relationships and leading high performance teams. Highly skilled at negotiating complex commercial real estate transactions and creating creative loan structures and solutions.
