I am a hardworking, goal oriented individual with a passion for coaching. I thoroughly enjoy being able to help others reach new heights in their careers. I originally was focused on Sales, but early in my career was presented with an opportunity to be a people leader. I fell in love. Since then it has been my desire to coach, train and better my staff as much as possible. Their successes bring me joy, and make those long days and nights worth it. I have worked majority of my professional career in the banking and credit union system, where I have achieved plenty in terms of success and personal fulfillment. I have a passion for getting the best out of staff, and collaborating together to best serve the public and improve their financial situations. In my current role I have been introduced to writing policy and procedure while rolling out new products, services and systems. I get a great sense of accomplishment when these are rolled out to the team, and receives positive feedback. I am a Father to a beautiful girl, a handsome boy, and have an amazing Wife that makes my personal life outstanding. I enjoy watching and playing basketball and baseball in my spare time as I grew up playing both at a high level. My youth in competitive sports has played a huge role in forming myself into the goal oriented individual that I am today, with a competitive nature and a desire for greatness.
