Driven by a commitment to improve patient care, I champion innovation in new product development and commercialization to address unmet patient and health system needs as paths to value creation. I engage cross-functional business leaders in developing and launching products positioning organizations for profitable business growth. Leveraging more than 4 decades in biotech and pharma, I have a broad and deep background in every aspect of drug development. I am experienced with small molecules, biologics, and diverse dosage forms and technologies, and a broad range of therapeutic categories including: Anti-Allergy, Anti-Infective, Anti-Inflammatory, Anti-Viral, Cardiovascular, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastrointestinal, Neurology, Oncology, Rare Diseases (GI, ocular, pulmonary, renal), and Urology. I have been involved in more than 60 clinical trials with 9 NDA / MAA approvals and multiple product launches. I bring board experience as a prior Board of Directors member at Eloxx Pharmaceuticals and the Board Chairman of an Eloxx subsidiary. As a visionary leader with mission-driven purpose, I focus the efforts of boards and executive teams on moving businesses forward to attain operational excellence and sustainability, previously raising $1.1BN in capital as a member of senior management teams. My achievements include authoring or co-authoring more than 50 publications and presentations, as well as being a co-inventor on more than 6 patents. In addition to my roles in corporate leadership, I served as an adjunct faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Pharmacy for 8 years.
