I recently completed my tenure as President of CamelBak, where I had the privilege of guiding the world’s foremost name in hydration gear and sustainable solutions for every adventurer; from athletes and the military to everyday outdoor enthusiasts. Over my career I have developed a diverse and successful background managing global product portfolios, omni channel distribution strategies, and brand positioning for big name companies. Throughout my 30-year career I’ve worked with brands including, Black and Decker, DeWalt, Arctic Cat, EagleRider, and most recently, CamelBak. With every experience, I’ve been able to work with some amazing people, and in turn, build high-performing, results-driven teams through thoughtful goal setting, disciplined operating rhythms, and clear communication. I’ve always gravitated toward opportunities that have a clear vision and purpose, make an impact, and allow me to connect with my values and passions.
