About Greg Wiseman

As a Consulting Director at KPMG Ireland, Greg leads and delivers complex data-driven, people first, solutions for clients. He has over 11 years of consulting experience, and is a certified associate in project management (CAPM) and as a Scrum product owner. He also has qualifications in Python, R, and SAS, and uses SQL to build effective and efficient data models. He has experience working with organisations to be compliant with the EU AI Act, including driving definitions of AI, classification of AI Systems, Categorisation of AI systems and integrating AI into existing risk frameworks. Greg is passionate about solving challenging problems and creating value for his clients, partners, and team. He has successfully overseen multiple restitution programmes, involving customer identification, refund design and implementation, budget management, customer communication, complaints management, and credit score analyses. He has also liaised with clients to identify and address weaknesses in financial products, and designed and delivered interest recast models for product assurance. He believes in being open and honest as a leader, and has experience managing teams of up to 10 people across multiple projects. He is committed to personal and professional development, completing data and AI certifications alongside his day-to-day commitments.
