About Greg Worth

My goals are to help my team, my company, and our partners achieve significant results. My top five Clifton Strengths are Relator, Analytical, Responsibility, Intellection, and Command. As a result, I do my best work when I am paired with a small team of dedicated and motivated employees. Together, we will drive transformative and continuous change throughout and for all. I need a team that challenges me as much as I will challenge them. The two most common things you will hear me say are ".that's interesting" and "I'm curious, I have a question." Discourse is encouraged to build a structurally sound platform from which to launch. I'm lucky enough to use my strengths daily managing a team of amazing individuals. Passions include hiking with my family, lifting heavy things in the gym, and cars that are way too loud and fast.
