Let's make finding talent more successful and more enjoyable. The most successful hiring teams I help are able to accept the fact that people are not widgets; They have unique needs and offer unique talents. They also understand the fact that BOTH employers and candidates want to 'find the right fit' and acknowledge that 'fit' can mean many things and is more of a range of acceptable attributes, than a job description can often convey. Basically, they're able to identify what makes people successful in a given role and are willing to accept other attributes that come along with that. With a background in building and managing high performing teams, I can help you define what 'fit' means for you, your company, your team or your project and align those expectations with available (and 'could be available') candidates. And then help you find and hire them.
