About Greg Young

With over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am currently a Director of Global Growth at Aon's Reinsurace Solutions group. In this role, I help lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies that address the evolving needs of our clients and the market. I leverage my data analytics expertise and my deep understanding of the reinsurance landscape to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver value to our clients. Previously, I was a Strategy Director at for Aon's Retail insurance practice, where I helped shape the vision and direction of new products, including running a major cross-company data and analytics project for several years. In this role I also had a particular focus on MGA/MGU solutions and treaty broking products.I began my career working for seven years in Strategy Consulting at Aon's Inpoint consulting practice, where I advised P&C insurance companies on market entry, growth, and value proposition development, as well as managed several large client relationships.
