About Gregg Paley

Kola Partners was created to bring a higher level of quality and professionalism to the medical cannabis industry and my prior background and experiences have been integral to the development of Kola. My relevant experiences include developing and implementing risk management programs, standard operating procedures and regulatory compliance programs as well as contract negotiation and administration, strategic planning, employment and personnel issues. My legal experience began in Washington, D.C. representing Honeywell, Texaco, Shell Oil, 3M, MSA and several other large companies in a wide variety of civil litigation matters including antitrust and RICO actions. I was also general counsel to the Industrial Safety Equipment Association for several years overseeing antitrust, risk management and product liability defense for the leading companies in the personal safety equipment industry. Other representative clients have included Medical Staffing network, a NYSE company specializing in temporary health care staffing, Allegheny Casualty Company which is the leading provider of bail bonds in the US and Travelpro Luggage which was the originator of rolling suitcases.
