About Gregor Chaneac

I lead transformation projects to enhance the performance of organizations in achieving their results with regards to benefit, quality, time, cost and sustainability at every point of the value creation chain from the innovation stage to the delivery at scale. I combine a strategic vision and an entrepreneurship mindset with a large operational expertise that enables me to align operational results with the strategic plan. I benefit from 22 years experience in program and quality management across international, multi-sector groups, with an additional 4 years in strategy and innovation consulting. Driven by leadership values, I unite multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams, and encourage stakeholders to make decisions that help achieve results. The missions I drive encompass business development, time to market acceleration, strategic project portfolio management, digital transformation, continuous improvement, shift to circular economy model, as well as turnaround of projects in crisis. Adapting business models to environmental challenges is one of my favorite subjects in which I'm also involved as a member of the Solar Impulse Foundation's team of experts.
