For familial reasons I am currently planning to move back to Northern Ireland and am looking for jobs in the Belfast-Lisburn area. I have been granted an EUSS family permit visa, including the right to work in the UK. I have 7 years experience in troubleshooting, documenting and fixing a wide range of both simple and complex IT issues. Particularly and exceptionally knowledgeable with Dell clients (notebooks and PCs), docking station and monitor issues, Trellix Drive Encryption issues, Deployment testing and troubleshooting. I have both hands on experience with hardware and software issues, as well as extensive experience in remote troubleshooting and support. I have 4 years worth of experience in stakeholder management, due to my work as a Resolution Expert for Dell, where I handled high level support case escalations until we reached mutually acceptable resolutions to the customer issues.
