My career is driven by a passion for advancing the automotive industry through technological innovation and high-impact strategy development. My academic foundation -a Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering and a Master in Business Administration -equipped me with the tools to approach complex challenges from both technical and business perspectives.At McKinsey & Company, I led global technology and strategy projects for major automotive OEMs, gaining a comprehensive industry perspective. I then built the technology start-up MultiMaterial-Welding, guided it to a successful exit, and continue to support its long-term strategic development as a member of the supervisory board.Today, I serve as CTO at Easelink, a technology company focused on automated conductive charging solutions for electric vehicles. Easelink develops standardized, fully automated charging systems that enable seamless, hands-free energy transfer - laying the foundation for scalable, user-centric, and sustainable EV charging infrastructure.I am responsible for driving Easelink’s overall technology strategy and ensuring its technological leadership in automated charging systems. My role spans the definition of the product roadmap, the advancement of core hardware and software technologies, and the alignment of technical innovation with long-term business objectives. I work closely with R&D, Product Management, Project Management, Business Development, the executive team, and the Advisory Board to translate market requirements and strategic priorities into robust, industrialized solutions.Keynotes As both a speaker and a participant, I attend a wide variety of automotive and V2G-related conferences and events.
