About Gregorio Vichi

I am a young professional with a strong passion for European Affairs. I have gained over three years of valuable experience volunteering in the European NGO sector, collaborating with organizations like the European University College Association (EucA) and Generation Climate Europe before joining the Young European Leadership (YEL) team. My focus lies in key areas such as sustainability, education, youth empowerment and EU funding instruments—fields where I’ve built expertise through hands-on roles and an Erasmus Mundus Master's in European Politics and Society, specializing in European Policymaking. This academic and professional foundation has strengthened my analytical and critical thinking skills, equipping me to contribute meaningfully to European policymaking and governance. Currently, I’m based in Vienna, where I am furthering my expertise in EU Cohesion Policy as an Interreg Volunteer Youth at the Interreg Central Europe Joint Secretariat. Through this role and my ongoing work with YEL, I remain dedicated to promoting innovation, fostering cooperation, and supporting Europe’s future development.
