I have over 25 years of experience in administrative, regulatory, real estate, employment, mergers and acquisitions, environmental, and contract law, real estate and right of way acquisition, linear project routing, and construction permitting issues for clients in both the public and private sector. I work closely with clients and agencies to ensure compliance while meeting project expectations. I specialize in linear projects, managing the right of way acquisition, regulatory, legal, condemnation, environmental and/or public outreach programs for a variety projects, including road, large-scale pipelines, fiber optics, sanitary sewers, and power lines – including several in excess of 300 miles. I also have extensive experience managing complex or politically sensitive CDBG-DR disaster recovery programs. I am an attorney licensed in the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Arizona, specializing in right of way and land acquisition for utilities, municipalities, state and federal agencies, and private infrastructure developments, and am well-versed in the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act.
