A believer in the power of relationships and customer delight, I work tirelessly and creatively with developers and investors to create flexible financing solutions. Deals include loans as well as equity partnerships. I believe I have a keen and tested business mind, as I was part of the original top 200 employees at Boston-based HubSpot—a company that is now global, publicly traded and has over employees—growing my business unit from an experimental startup into the top-performing team by attainment at the company. My specialties are fix and flip loans / rehab loans, land loans, hard money purchase loans, construction loans, cash outs, hard money refinances and other various bridge loans. Loans include single family residential, multi-family, commercial property and land. We are a family-owned hard money lender providing private funding for commercial real estate investors throughout New England and Florida.
