Oracle DBA/developer with over 20 years with Oracle Databases. I have worked on various projects in Israel,Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia where I was responsible for designing, implementing, tuning and supporting client server environments. During my 20 years working in the IT industry I have been exposed to a wide range of technologies and developed a broad set of technical skills. I have developed a very strong background in Oracle Databases, UNIX, Linux and Microsoft Systems, as well as gaining experience in project management. Speaking English, Hebrew, Czech, Russian, Ukrainian I have worked in Production environments as an Oracle DBA/developer and in Development environments as Oracle DBA/Developer, and adapt well to both. Working with financial institutions in Israel and Czech Republic I have been given the role of a technical business analyst, translating business requirements into technical design in an Oracle and UNIX/Windows environment. My background, communication and documentation skills help in bridging the gap between Business people, database administrators and UNIX system administrators and software developers.
