About Gregory Braun

Gregory Braun is a highly knowledgeable restoration ecologist and environmental engineer with over 8 years experience in vegetation management, large scale ecological restoration and natural resources management. Greg has successfully led the completion of numerous vegetation management and native habitat improvement projects including: the South Boulder Creek State Natural Area riparian restoration project, the South Boulder Creek/Boulder Creek confluence river restoration project, and the US 36 expansion wetland mitigation project at Beech Wetland. Greg’s early career experience includes vegetation management, noxious species identification, and vegetation mapping. He has successfully supervised snowmaking operations while concurrently completing the Eldora Mountain Resort snowmaking expansion project, doubling operating capacity. Greg is currently serving as a full time IPM specialist at the University of Colorado Boulder campus; specializing in project management, customer service, and public relations. Additionally, he is taking evening classes at the University of Colorado working towards a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management with a graduate certificate of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Engineering, expecting to graduate in May 2023.
