I’m Gregory, Head of Sales & Customer Experience at StoreHub, a SEA tech company powering retail and F&B businesses. My mission is simple: build systems that help people win - customers, teams, and the business. I lead Sales and CX across Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand, owning the full revenue journey: new sales, onboarding, support, renewals, and expansion. In the past 12 years, I’ve grown from StoreHub’s first hire to leading a team of 100+ across frontline and leadership roles. When I joined, I didn’t know sales. Didn’t understand support. Had no clue how marketing worked. I had no map. Just trial, error, and long nights. Now I build the systems and support I never had - so others can move faster, with less pain. I believe learning everything through your own experience is hard mode. Yes, you grow from your mistakes. But the real unlock is learning from those who’ve already bled, built, and figured it out. Today, I’m focused on scaling AI-powered sales and support engines - automating the repetitive, sharpening what matters, and building teams that are impossible to compete with. No shortcuts.
