About Gregory Cutler

My experience in this industry started at a dealership level, initially as an on-the-street sales representative in the 1980's. Subsequent experiences including becoming more involved in the responsibilties of running these businesses and being responsible for increasing sales, improving service revenues, acquiring additional dealerships and eventually, selling these dealerships allowed me to bring a unique perspective to the manufacturer side of the business. Dealers respected and trusted that experience. I have been able to bridge the needs of the manufacturer and the needs of the dealer to create good working relations and great sales results. I have consistantly helped create sales and marketing solutions for the dealer and the manufacturer that can translate throughout the country. I have set up compensation programs for dealers. I have set up sales activity matrixes for all size dealerships. I have helped create major account programs for dealerships. I used our small MFP's at Muratec to augment many of our dealers' managed print service programs. I listen and create a consultative relationship with the dealerships I do business with. My programs that I have used throughout the years are varied according to the geographic areas of the dealerships and the needs of the individual locations. My experience and skill set, I believe, could be transferred successfully across numerous industries.
