About Gregory Douyon

I am a Realtor, Multifamily Apartment Syndicator, a member of The Capital Impact Club which is led & coached John Casmon (Multifamily Apartment Syndicator & host of "Target Market Insights, Multifamily & Marketing" podcast), and a member of the GOB Network of Apartment Investors. It is my desire to help Military (both current and former), Medical personnel, & others build legacy & generational wealth through active or passive Apartment investments. But, began by proudly serving 21.5 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Public Health Technician. In those years I held many positions, I was assigned in the U.S, Guam, and Germany. I ended my career in the acting Flight Commander duty. None of this would be possible without the support of my family and the great people who have worked for me and those whom I have worked for, with, and around.
